What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheryl Dave's Gift Certificates.
 
Does Cheryl & Dave's offer Gift Certificates ? Sending the gift they want is as easy as sending a Cheryl & Dave's Gift Certificate, redeemable at our store. We regret that gift certificates cannot be redeemed online at this time. The Gift Certificate will arrive via first-class mail in a special gift package that includes your personal message. You can order a Gift Certificate online or call 1.973.994.9292 and a sales associate will be happy to assist you.
 
What tax rate are you charging me? If you live in, or ship your order to New Jersey, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase of non-apparel items.
 
Are all of your products available online? Right now, we only offer a select group of our most popular items online. We'll keep adding items in the future, so come back and visit us again! For updates on new merchandise, Join Our Mailing List.
 
How long can I expect delivery to take? Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. Furniture orders that are in stock ship out within one week depending on location and shipping carrier used (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Special orders that are not in stock take 6-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer. We will follow up with you on suggested manufacturer delivery times via email or phone call. Some manufacturers drop ship to the home as well. You will be notified of any delays beyond 10 days after the receipt of your order. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Shipping charges will be determined by delivery location and size of furniture.
 
Does Cheryl & Dave's ship outside the USA? We will ship to all US states and territories, plus Canada. However, some oversized items may require additional freight charges if shipped outside the Continental US. Contact Us for details.
 
Do you offer gift packaging? Upon request, depending on item size, orders will be packaged and wrapped in our Cheryl & Dave's box with ribbon. There is an additional $5.00 charge per item for gift packaging. Some larger home decor items cannot be gift boxed. Contact Us for details.
 
What is Cheryl & Dave's return policy? All Cheryl & Dave's merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you. Customers can return merchandise for credit only within 7 days of delivery. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of handling the item, insurance and damages. The customer will also be responsible for all shipping charges to return furniture to Cheryl & Dave's Warehouse in New Jersey. All sale merchandise is final sale. If merchandise is damaged upon arrival, Cheryl & Dave's will give the customer an even exchange. Special order cancellations must be within a 24 hour period for a refund. Are the prices different on your website? We make every attempt to keep pricing consistent between our store and our website. Occasionally we offer special prices that are exclusive to our website. Contact Us for details if you are unsure of any pricing.
